The Inaugural THAMES VALLEY Brain Injury Forum
December 5, 2017 –
The Royal Buckinghamshire Hospital is proud to be hosting the inaugural Thames Valley Brain Injury Forum
The forum is being launched to ensure we are stronger together to develop the best possible collaboration from all stakeholders to ensure that people with an ABI receive truly integrated cross sector services, at the right time and in the right place.
As this is an initial meeting to launch a new ABI forum, the session will focus on agreeing the terms of reference for the group including its purpose, frequency, meeting locations and ideas for what individuals would like to see on the agenda moving forwards
On the day, Lynne Barr (an experienced NHS Commissioner & Rehabilitation Consultant) will also be presenting a piece around the Well Being Star outcomes tool and what the outcomes could mean for adults with an ABI and other long term conditions
Lunch will be provided on the day and you are more than welcome to have a look around the hospital if you wish at the end of the event. If you'd like to come along, please click below to register your interest.
