Circle’s training day will bring a multi-agency prospective, brought to you in a one day practical, interactive environment.
We will bring together various elements of EHCP, including cognitive learning, communication, timelines and funding, from both a personal and professional view.
The event will help you to develop a deeper understanding and the ability to identify educational, health and social needs whilst setting out the additional support to meet those needs.
Our day will host an array of guest speakers to cover each topic within EHCP.
Tickets are limited to ensure an interactive day, lunch and parking will be included.

I act for parents, children, young people, schools, Universities, Local Authorities, charities and government bodies, in a wide range of matters. This includes Education, Health and Care Plan appeals, disability discrimination claims and judicial review proceedings. I am also long-term instructed by Ofsted on legal issues relating to education providers' Equality Act 2010 compliance. I am also currently Junior Counsel for Ofsted in the Independent Inquiry into Child Sex Abuse (IICSA) and therefore work closely with government bodies and other organisations working in child safeguarding. Prior to joining the Bar I also ran an advocacy pro-bono unit, The School Exclusion Project, dedicated to representing young people who were being permanently excluded from school.

Experience includes managing complex packages of care, risk assessment and management and supervision of care staff and support workers. I also identify their training needs (delivering this myself, or accessing it through other providers), support staff to monitor the effectiveness of their services, and help them manage their administrative duties.
