Awards

One of the aims of UKABIF is to raise the profile of acquired brain injury and to campaign for better services in the UK. Our network of service providers, clinicians, care workers, lawyers and associated charitable and voluntary organistaions means that we see many examples of outstanding work.

UKABIF would like to enable those who are carrying out this work to share their success, to inspire others and to ensure that good practice is replicated throughout our network.

For this reason we have launched the UKABIF Awards for Innovation in Acquired Brain Injury. There are several categories which will allow most of those working in the field to obtain some recognition for their contribution to ABI.

We know that often those carrying out good work don't like to shout about it from the rooftops so please, if you know someone who is doing a good job please nominate them. The criteria are purposely broad - you need only fill in your contact details and give the reason you think the award is deserved. If we need more information we will get in touch.

The award categories are as follows:

  • Innovation by a law firm in the field of ABI
  • Innovation by a clinician in the field of ABI
  • Innovation by a care provider in the field of ABI
  • Innovation by a social care worker in the field of ABI
  • Innovation by a voluntary sector provider or registered charity in the field of ABI
