Rehabilitation in the 21st Century: A Report of Three Surveys

This report describes the results of three surveys investigating the organisation of Rehabilitation Services in the United Kingdom at the beginning of the 21st Century. It then goes on to make some suggestions as to how services can be further developed and improved in the future. These surveys were carried out as part of the work of the Research and Evidence Committee of the National Service Framework of Long Term Conditions.
