PURPOSE OF THE EVENT

•To hear the latest research evidence in vocational rehabilitation for people with Long Term Neurological Conditions (LTNC)

•To consider service developments needed to best meet the work needs of people with sudden onset and progressive neurological conditions

•To explore some of the contentious issues around delivering health based vocational rehabilitation for people with long term neurological conditions

•To gain confidence ingoing into the workplace and liaising with employers

•To understand the new Equality Act in relation to work for people with LTNC and know who to contact for advice about legal issues

•To explore work solutions for complex cases using case study examples
