Description:

This workshop is appropriate for professionals who care for patients suffering fatigue as a result of conditions such as cancer, Multiple Sclerosis, ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, mood disorders, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Sleep disorders, and post stroke.

This introductory, interactive workshop will cover various issues including:

•What causes fatigue

•How to use activity diaries

•Learn how to manage sleep problems

•Precautions when working with fatigue

•Where to go for further training and resources

If you are keen to understand more about fatigue, as well as pick up some practical tips to use with your patients, helping them to manage their fatigue problems more effectively, then this is a workshop not to be missed. Don't just take our word for it. This is what delegates from the recent London workshop said:

"Fantastic course, will refer to other professionals"

"Excellent and cost effective workshop"

"Day was excellent - very practical and interactive"

"I learnt how small practical changes can have a big impact on outcomes"
