This annual conference aims to debate the practical implications of balancing the risks & rights of clients post MCA and to consider the roles & responsibilities of the case manager in safeguarding clients

Conference: 10.00am – 4.00pm

(AGM: 9.15 – 10.00am)

The day will be chaired by Hugh Jones – Partner Pannone LLP who acts as a Finance Deputy for many clients.  There will be opportunities for questions particularly to the panel & we look forward to some lively debate.

 The conference will focus on the vulnerability of ABI clients and debate who is responsible for their protection particularly when things go wrong.
