Professor Barbara Wilson and Deborah Wearing will be providing a talk on 'Consciousness and Delusions after Brain Injury'.   Professor Wilson is a Clinical Psychologist who has worked in Brain Injury Rehabilitation since 1979. Since 1990, she has been a Senior Scientist at the Medical Research Council's Cognition and Brain Sciences Unit in Cambridge. In 1996 Professor Wilson established the Oliver Zangwill Centre for Neuropsychological Rehabilitation. She has been the visiting Professor of Rehabilitation Studies at the University of Southampton. She has had several grants to look at new assessment and treatment procedures for people with non-progressive brain injury, has published 16 books, 8 widely used neuropsychological tests and over 260 journal articles and chapters mostly on rehabilitation.
