| This transitional living suite is part of the award winning Ledbury Community Health and Care Centrewhich comprises of NHS in patient beds, outpatient clinices, physiotherapy suite,minor injuries unit, GP surgery, private care home, NHS dental services, Social Services and community cafeteria. The ABI Unit provides care and therapeutic support for people who have recieved an injury through direct or organic truma. The facility provides an opportunity for individuals to attain realistic goals along developed pathways of care whilst supported with a holistic approach to personal choice, nursing and theraputic care needs. |
