A free event brought to you by Norfolk Community Health and Care along with the Primary Care Neurology Society

PURPOSE OF THE EVENT

The main purpose of this 1 day conference is to provide an overall picture of neurological Services in the Community, how we can assist health professionals to care for their patients and what as a Team we can do to facilitate Neurological services in the Community and improve patient care.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

GP’s, Community Nurses, Community Matrons, Nurses from hospital, community and GP settings, Therapists both in hospital and the Community, other Health professionals, such as SALT, Psychologists, other specialist Nurses and anyone wanting to find out more about community based Neuro services.

 

WHY SHOULD I ATTEND?

By attending this event you will learn about the following: Who the Community Neuro Team are, what we do and how, lots of practical points to take away to enhance your existing practice, such as referring to SALT, The Nurse Specialists, how rehab can be brought into daily life, practical help with your specific questions from our Specialist panel and the opportunity to network with other colleagues.
