Guest Speaker 'Professor Barbara Wilson'

This course considers the cognitive consequences of brain injury and ways of managing these. The course will focus on assessment and rehabilitation interventions for attention, memory and executive functions, which are known to significantly impact upon a persons independence and limit social and vocational participation.This course is suitable for clinicians relatively new to the area of ABI who are interested in increasing their understanding of cognition and enabling their clients to manage the cognitive consequences of acquired brain injury.
