Bill Braithwaite QC

Bill Braithwaite QC is the UKABIF lawyer innovator of the year 2010, and the Personal Injury Barrister of the Year 2010. He specialises in catastrophic brain and spine injury for claimants, however caused. He lectures extensively and writes widely on the subject. He was the consultant editor of Kemp & Kemp from 1995 to 2004, the joint editor of Medical Aspects of Personal Injury Litigation and is the author of Brain and Spine Injury – The Fight for Justice. He has represented well over 1,000 catastrophic brain or spine injury claimants (more than any other UK lawyer?), and regularly finalises over £50 million of claims a year – £55 million in 2010. He is an accredited mediator, and supports ADR.
